Emma Jane Hogbin Westby has been teaching version control for almost as long as she's been using it. Her first students learned CVS, later she taught Bazaar, and now she teaches developers (and aspiring developers) how to use Git. In addition to version control, she has a particular interest in tools which help to standardize the developer's environment without sacrificing choice.
Although she is currently based out of the UK, Emma has travelled around the world to teach workshops on Drupal, version control, and open source topics. She is a frequent presenter at DrupalCon, and OSCON.
